Pros: Price is OK, ship is fun tropical feel,
Cons: Too short the Bahama island

I paid about $129 plus taxes, not bad. The trip to Freeport Grand Bahamas was fun and a lot to do on the ship. The time on the island is only about 3 hours, so you can only do like one or two of the 3 things to do on tne island. 1. a casino at Our Lucaya. 2. The beach at Our Lucaya which is really pretty. 3. Shop at athe Port Lucaya Marina that is only across the street from the other 2 fun things to do.
So everything is in one place if you ask them to take you to the Port Lucaya area, your family can split up and do different things.

The other cool thing is that fro a little bit more money you can stay for 1 or 2 days. I am going to try that for the next time.

Pros: Cheap way to get to Freeport Grand Bahama Island
Cons: Ship is a kinda old

I read a lot of reviews that keep saying this boat is a ferry not a cruise ship. Well, OK it feels like a little cruise ship to me. They have Music, gambling, free food,(buffet or sit down), tropical drinks, dancing, shows, goes to a tropical island, has cabins, like I said, it feels like a mini cruise to me. (If it floats like a cruise ship, feeds you like a cruise ship, and quenches your thirst like a cruise ship, then it is a cruise ship).
As a matter of fact, if I wanted to stay in one of the islands the BIG CRUISE LINES go to, I couldn't. Atleast with this, so called, ferry, I could stay on Grand Bahama Island at one of the nice hotels in the Port Lucaya area then get picked up by the ship another day.
The ship is old, but for the most part is a clean ship. It's more fun than flying to Grand Bahama Island.
The only thing I would change is the length of time on the Island, (about 2 and 1/2 hours), I would like to see about 4 or 5 hours. I know that would be hard to do on a 1 day cruise.
